My library

To explore and study the world of food, culture and eco-gastronomy I read quite a lot of books to gain more knowledge about various topics. In My Library I will list books (and possible also some articles) that I think are worth reading.

To keep an overview of all the different topics I have made a few categories, as you can see down here. If a book really suits in two different categories I have just mentioned it twice. The books that are in italic are books that I already have on the bookshelf but that I did not manage to read yet, or books that are on my wishlist. Others I have read or partly read (picked out the parts that interested me most). Most books are in English, some books are in Italian or Dutch.

If you have any suggestions for more books to read and study, please tell me so by leaving a comment.
